Standard Digital Multimeter - Auto Ranging

The MM39 is an auto-ranging multimeter with a large rotary switch for easy selection of the required test, even when wearing gloves. There are two test buttons, one to lock the range and the other to hold the results which are displayed on a 3½ digit LCD screen.
The main test functions are AC voltage and DC voltage and current and resistance. The MM39 measures both AC and DC voltage between 0.1mV to 600V and AC and DC current between 10mA to 10A. There is a diode test and an audible continuity test which sounds at less than 25Ω.

The SiTek Standard PSD (Position Sensing Detector) has high resolution, fast response and outstanding linearity. It is used in a wide variety of applications, most of them utilizing light sources in the visible or near-infrared part of the spectrum. The spectral range covers the region 400 - 1100 nm. Thanks to SiTek's proprietary AR-coating, optimized around 860 nm, a reflection loss of only 2% is achieved around the responsivity peak. Most of the detectors have a cover window to avoid handling damages.

Rubidium Standard with Optional DDS Signal Generator

The 1450B outputs can be configured as sine waves or square waves and can provide frequencies of 10MHz, 1MHz, 100kHz, 1pps or optional signal generator outputs. The signal generator outputs use direct digital synthesizer (DDS) technology and are confirurable from 100Hz to 171MHz. The 1450B also includes a 1pps input that can be used to discipline and automatically calibrate the 1450B. The 1pps input signal is typically obtained from an external device like a GPS frequency receiver/antenna. The Novatech GPS1 Smart Antenna with 1pps output is available as an accessory to provide a complete turnkey solution.

The Alpha Cabin has been especially designed for the measurement of acoustic absorption properties of materials and components used for the noise insulation of vehicles. The Alpha Cabin is significantly smaller than normal reverberation rooms and therefore ideally suited to use within limited space capacities. The acoustic absorption of the Alpha Cabin itself is also very low: Thanks to the high level of sound insulation, background noise in the frequency range of interest is kept to a minimum.
