This non-ITAR reduced weight (3000g) lattice matched, InGaAs scientific SWIR camera allows for high resolution SWIR imaging at 1280x1024 with high frame rates >93 frames per second (fps) at full frame size. This small pitch array,12 μm, combined with the high quantum efficiency of lattice matched InGaAs enables impressive imaging in the SWIR and visible spectral bands. The SWIR camera has the capability of four temperature setpoints, -20°C (no cooling), 0°C (fan cooling), -40°C, or -60°C (water cooled), using a 4 stage TEC integrated in a vacuum-sealed package. This advance digital array (PIRT1280A1-12) on board is a product of Princeton Infrared's decades of experience in InGaAs processing.

Optical Power Monitor Instruments
MPA-100
MPA-100 is a highly integrated rack mountable model of pigtailed photo-detectors. Multi-channel optical power from MPO or MTP connectors are measured. Photo-detectors of Silicon type for 850 nm range and InGaAs type for 1260 - 1610 nm are available. The detected photo-current is converted into a voltage output using a 16-bit multi-channel DAQ interface. The dimensions are (W) 482.6 x (D) 430 x (H) 44 mm. The highly integrated MPA-100 is available up to 80 channels with an excellent cost performance and small footprint. The MPA-100 is useful for many 40 GbE / 100 GbE applications, such as testing and monitoring of transceivers (SR4, SR10, LR4, and ER4) for data communications, broadband / CATV, and telecommunications. Tap-PD model (Eg. a partial 5 % tapped power detection) is also available with customization.

InGaAs Optical Power Head
81624C
The new 81624C optical power head provides a 5 mm detector area and allows flexible placement of the remote optical power meter, which is then connected to the N7749C. The 81624C accepts parallel beams with up to 4 mm diameter, standard SM fiber and MM fiber with max. 100 μm core diameter, NA ≤ 0.3. A wide choice of adapters allows input from popular fiber connector types, bare fibers or open beams. The magnetic D-shaped adapters allow rapid removal and replacement without twisting attached fibers.

Avalanche Photodiodes
Excelitas offers Avalanche Photodiodes (APDs) on both Silicon (Si) and InGaAs materials. Si APDs cover the spectral range of 400 nm to 1100 nm and the InGaAs APDs cover 950 nm to 1550 nm. An Avalanche Photodiode (APD) provides higher sensitivity than a standard photodiode and is for extreme low-level light (LLL) detection and photon counting.
