Primary Current Injection Testers

Multi-Stage Injection Analyzer

Common rail method already is commonly known as an injection system of diesel engine now. That system enables multi-stage fuel injection by offering high injection pressure in various driving situation. Adopting the common rail system helps improving fuel consumption, reducing noise and vibration, because the system can make the fuel approximate complete combustion which suppresses PM and NOx generation. Sample Injection System
ASXPRESS Plus
A sample introduction system such as the ASXpress® Plus from Teledyne LABS reduces the time required for autosampler movement, sample uptake, stabilization, and rinse operations, thereby reducing sample run times significantly. The result: more sample throughput in less time. The accessory’s design allows multiple functions to occur simultaneously. A highspeed vacuum pump loads the sample and flushes the sample uptake path substantially faster than a conventional peristaltic pump.When coupled to a compatible autosampler, the ASXPRESS Plus Rapid Sample Introduction Accessory minimizes times for sample delivery, stabilization, and washout with ICP-AES or ICP-MS. The result is increased sample throughput by up to 5 times or more. In addition, the ASXPRESS PLUS reduces costs from argon, power, ICP-AES / ICP-MS components, and system maintenance.

20Hz Injection Kit Monitoring System

The Display used to monitor the 20Hz and 50Hz current passing through NGT transformer. This could help to monitor the stator earth fault and could record the current every minute. The current shall be displayed in milliamps for both 20Hz and 50Hz. If an earth fault occurs in the generator star point, the 20 Hz voltage drives a current through the fault resistance. The current can be measured using clamp-on CT which would be clamped between load resistor and NGT. It gives an indication of the current values are lower or higher than the set threshold.

Injection Transformer

The injection transformer is presently the prevalent method for connecting the network analyzer to the circuit being tested, and is primarily used for control loop stability measurements. The goal of the transformer is to inject a signal into the control loop being measured, without impacting the performance of the loop.
