It has excellent performance in a large variety of applications, ranging from low noise, high dynamic range surveillance, to high speed slow motion analysis, including high resolution machine vision applications. Lince6M5 incorporates a high speed 6.5MP CMOS active pixel image sensor providing both global and rolling electronic shutter, as well as High Dynamic Range (HDR) features. The sensor array utilizes active CMOS pixels with pinned photodiodes to deliver high image quality whilst maintaining the size, cost, and integration advantage of the CMOS technology.

High power pulsed systems are developed for radar and for linear accelerators used in industrial, scientific and medical applications.The compact modulator is a direct switching unit, designed to drive either our microwave tubes or those from other manufacturers. The high voltage modulators and semiconductor switches provide a real proven alternative to conventional "line and hard valve type" modulator technology. Using innovative assemblies of solid-state switches, together with compatible power supplies and energy storage units, gives a significant improvement in pulse shape and quality. A flexible control system gives the ability to remotely vary the pulse parameters on a pulse-to-pulse basis. These features make the units ideal for systems where precise energy control is essential.

The EV76C660 and EV76C661 are members of Teledyne e2v’s Ruby family of CMOS imaging sensors. These breakthrough devices provide sensitivity and performance beyond that considered possible on a front side illuminated sensor with a pixel size of 5.3µm, Quantum Efficiency (QE) of over 80% and excellent sensitivity and performance in the near-infrared (NIR) spectrum (>50% at 850nm). This significantly reduces system illumination costs, or enables very low-light imaging in outdoor camera applications.

The innovative pixel design offers excellent performance in low-light conditions with both electronic rolling shutter and electronic global shutter, with a high-readout speed of 60 fps in full resolution. Novel industrial machine vision application features such as multi ROI and histogram output are embedded on-chip.
