Junction Boxes
-
Junction boxes are used for complex power and signal distribution. The junction boxes have redundant mechanical barriers. The mechanical integrity of the junction box is verified during helium leak testing and hydrostatic testing of the jumper assembly. Thermal and pressure compensation is provided by the radially compliant hose or by purpose built bladder compensators, hose lengths must be sized according to the junction box internal dead volume.

Optical Extended CAN Bus Jumper
EOFL-C
-
Optical Extended CAN Bus Jumper, using fault tolerant to optical conversion to extend the range, can extend up to 5 kilometers subsea.Qualified repeater housing protected on each side by highly reliable glass to metal sealed penetrators.

Electrical Penetrator with High Pressure Barrier, Rated at 10 kV and 250 A
P10-250 Electrical Penetrator
-
For higher subsea power requirements, the P10-250 from Teledyne ODI is designed to provide reliable barrier protection at extreme pressures and temperatures. The penetrator extends through a wall or bulkhead and connects to medium voltage cables to supply an external power source. In electric submersible pumping (ESP) applications, the penetrator transfers power to the motor while maintaining a pressure barrier between the motor and the seawater.

Ethernet Flying Lead
-
Qualified 100m Subsea Ethernet jumpers designed for data transmission and real-time situational awareness and monitoring. The typical Ethernet harness system consists of wet-mateable, Nautilus connectors, Nautilus penetrators, and pressure balanced, oil-filled (PBOF) hose conduits. Internally, the Ethernet signals are transmitted over custom Ethernet cabling sealed to seawater ingress by two independent barriers. Seven and 12-way configurations are available. Subsea connection of the harnesses may be accomplished by ROV, Diver-Mate or Stab-Plate applications. For Ethernet needs above 100 meters, see Extended Ethernet Flying Leads.

Gross Alignment Funnel / Enhanced Latch Indicator (GAF/ELI)
-
A wet-mate connector system designed to optimize ROV mating efficiency, the Gross Alignment Funnel (GAF) can be used in conjunction with the Enhanced Latching Indicator (ELI) to overcome severe approach angles of ROV connectors during mating. In conditions with low visibility and heavy current, the system aids in aligning the mating halves and providing a clear visual indicator when a successful mate occurs. Easily installed on an existing Nautilus or Rolling Seal bulkhead mounted connector, the system reduces ROV operator variability, resulting in faster mating and demating operations.

Wet-Mateable Connector, 10k V, 250 A
Nautilus WM10-250
-
Trends in subsea oil & gas production are moving towards deeper water and longer step out distances. These trends drive demand for higher power equipment and higher power delivery and distribution capabilities subsea with high pressures and temperatures. Teledyne ODI'™s Nautilus WM10-250 is designed with the benefit of advanced material science testing and certification, and with insulation and redundant sealing systems for reliable performance in long-term harsh environments.

Rolling Seal 4 Optical Connector
RS4
-
- GAF/ELI enhances mating efficiency and eliminates potential for shell damage while offering positive latch indication.- Longer, contoured cable end lead-in bushing enhances fine alignment of connector halves during the mating sequence.- Reduced channel count to align with more efficient field architectures.

Rolling Seal 8 Optical Connector - APC (RS8 APC)
-
The Angled Physical Contact Rolling Seal 8 Connector (RS8 APC) from Teledyne ODI is a wet-mateable optical connector with angled endfaces. The design reduces signal interference due to reflections at the connector face, supporting the next generation of subsea optical communication equipment. The Rolling Seal design provides isolation from seawater and silt when the connectors are unmated. As the seals rotate, the fibers join inside a clean, oil-filled conduit, resulting in a reliable optical throughput. The RS8 APC incorporates RS8 Mark III design features to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks during ROV intervention.

Rolling Seal 8 Optical Connector (RS8)
-
The patented Rolling Seal design functions by excluding water and shuttling silt away from the region where the optical ferrules are brought into contact as the connectors are mated. As a result, a clean oil-filled conduit is created for the optical ferrules to connect. The result is a reliable lowloss optical throughput.

Optical Penetrator
-
The Optical Penetrator from Teledyne ODI resides at the wall or bulkhead of the vessel in which the equipment is located, providing a differential barrier, fluid isolation, and reliable optical feed-through.

10 kV Subsea Power System
-
The Teledyne Oil and Gas 10 kV subsea power electrical connection system is a three-phase system rated to 250 A and 6/10 (12) kV. The electrical connection system is designed to provide power to motors used for subsea pumping systems.

Modular Connectorized Distribution Unit
MCDU
-
The Modular Connectorized Distribution Unit (MCDU) is a modular family of factory-qualified subsea distribution units that provide oil-filled, pressure-balanced junctions for flexible underwater configurations.A new configuration has recently been introduced with a lighter, more cost-effective frame, highly visible ROV lifting handles, and wide openings to facilitate installation and removal of the housing. The compact frame design negates the need for lifting wires, making it easy for ROVs to install and retrieve the unit from the sea floor.

Bulkhead Penetrator for Subsea Applications with 4, 7, or 12 Circuits, 30 A
P1.7-30 Electrical Penetrator
-
ODI's P1.7-30 penetrators meet the same electrical performance characteristics as Nautilus connectors and are used where the need to mate and demate is not necessary, generally at the second end of a pressure-balanced oil-filled (PBOF) assembly with a Nautilus connector at the opposite end. The Penetrator is typically attached directly to a vessel, which can be either pressure balanced or at 1 ATM.
