Woodcreeper
LXinstruments Woodcreeper provides a convenient database API for our MySQL test database. It allows manipulation of the database from within the test sequence, for instance when data from upstream process steps needs to be accessed. Third party test systems can also be easily linked to the LXinstruments test database. One license for Woodcreeper comes with the TSCOE4 system license; standalone licenses are also available.

HV Test System up to 20000 Volt
Insulated test booth with large space for test items. 2 banana sockets for AC connection and 4 banana sockets for the DC connection of the DUTs. IC’s are tested in a long-term test. These are checked in an oil bath so that there are no air gaps to reduce the insulation. Maximum voltage 20 kV. Therefore, insulation tests must be carried out. Ensuring the standard-compliant test. TSCOE4 Operator Interface Software Module
The TSCOE4 Operator Interface provides a graphical user interface for the operator or the implementer in a production environment. It permits selecting the test sequence and supports parametrization of the test. During the test sequence, the current measurement values are displayed in relation to the relevant limits and the pass/fail evaluations for each individual test. After completion of the test sequence, the global test result is visualized.In addition, there are online statistics available to the user, which show the measurement value distribution within the current batch.The editor which is supplied with the product makes it possible to adapt the user interface language to any new deployment location. Several languages – German, English and Chinese – have already been implemented and are available out of the box.

Our colleagues already developed many approaches from little, practicable assemblies up to holistic measurement features. HV-Test System for Capacitor Packages
The system is used to characterize the leakage currents of capacitor packages. LXinstruments implemented a project-specific PCBA for the required HV switching. The measurement technology consists of Keithley source meters and USB based devices. The DUT adaptation with safety technology was realized in cooperation with ATX.
