The PXIe‑4322 is a channel-isolated analog output module with built-in signal conditioning. The module provides accurate, simultaneous dynamic voltage and current outputs. By combining signal conditioning and D/A converters in one device, the PXIe‑4322 isolated analog output module offers smaller dimensions and higher measurement performance. In current mode, the module operates in all four quadrants, allowing current to be drawn and sourced. To make your staff able to face daily tasks and handle with high productivity is in the center of our trainings. Especially when a new test sytems starts to run it is extremely important that the personnel can operate appropriately from the beginning.Our workshops are designed as classroom trainings so everybody can concentrate completely on the workshop contents without being bothered by day-to-day business or other troubles.An alternative is the training in-house so we can look after individual and concrete problems directly on-site at the running test system.No matter if we teach in our rooms or in-house we emphasize to teach concrete practical content. The participants will spend at least 50% of their time with pracitcal questions or problems. Small groups ensure the individual care of each. We offer trainings in english or german language.

The hipot test (high potential test) or dielectric withstand test, is used to determine the insulation and dielectric strength. It is carried out on modules, devices and systems of protection class I + II. In this test, the insulation of the test object is subjected to greater stress by the high voltage than in normal operation. Based on our OTP² system platform, we were able to implement a family of scalable test systems which is based on a common systems architecture, e. g. for products in the area of chemical analytics measurement. We not only implemented a universal, extremely comprehensive test system, but also a series of compact systems for benchtop placement which are fully compatible with the larger, universal system. Our specialized self-test adapters and test software enable fast verification of the test systems as well as partly automated calibration by the customer.Our systems are also used in electrical measurement applications, e. g. for calibrating analog input assemblies for PLC technology. For this purpose, specialized calibrators are integrated into the system; they provide traceable calibration of the relevant stimulus signals.

HV Enclosures with Integrated Safety Test

The HV test hood according to Performance Level e (ISO 13849-1), developed by us according to the EN50191 standard (erection and operation of fixed and temporary electrical test installations), offers the highest safety for the operator. The large test chamber is enclosed with a hood made of sturdy, highly insulating and transparent plastic. During the test, there is a clear view of the test specimen. A signal light visually indicates safe opening when the light is “green”. “Red light” symbolises danger, the hood cannot be opened due to the safety interlock. The safety switch also ensures that the hood cannot be opened during the test. This means that the test hood fulfils all the required specifications for compulsory contact protection.
