Repair
There might be various reasons why you run into trouble with your test system and need support. No matter if your test system is not operating any more, if the forklift damaged it or you pressed a wrong button during the software-update - we are at your disposal to help. Usually the self test of the system helps further or if you agree we can help on a remote basis.If this does not help we deliver as soon as possible spare parts or send a repairperson. Our suppliers all offer support, delivery or even subsidiaries wordwide. This enables our technician to bring the spare part either with him or to send the exchange device directly to your place.

LXinstruments FCT systems for industrial electronics assemblies are particularly suited for applications with a large variant diversity for medium volume sizes. They are used for testing utility electronics as well as for drive control and grid management systems. We have also implemented systems for functional test, repair and calibration of decentralized PLC I/O assemblies.Since early failures in the field often lead to enormous costs, we not only provide functional test systems, but also burn-in systems for simultaneous testing of many assemblies in a climate chamber. Due to the modular structure of our software, it is possible to establish a logical separation between the definition of the climatic profile to be executed and the actual test sequence, during which the different electrical tests are processed. Connections to HALT/HASS systems can also be established without problems.

Testing of Electrical Safety
Manufacturers and operators of electrical equipment are required to carry out an electrical safety test within the framework of the applicable regulations. The battery simulator is used for testing satellite power supplies and is used in combination with a Solar Array Simulator and load systems (consumer simulation) for the validation and commissioning of satellite power supplies. Large test room with a hood made of sturdy, highly insulating and transparent plastic, which guarantees a clear view of the test item and the signal lamp during the test. The system is operated on the test device. Alternatively, test sequences stored on an integrated computer can be started automatically by closing the hood. The test sequence can be fully followed on the monitor.
