Dry Systems
Chips are made up of many layers stacked on top of one another, and it’s not necessarily the latest and greatest immersion lithography machines that are used to produce these layers. In a given chip, there may be one or two more complicated layers that are made using an EUV lithography machine, but the rest can often be printed using ‘older’ technology such as dry lithography systems. Variable Power Supply
VS-10a
The VS-10a power supply is a light weight, portable, non-isolated “variable source” from 0 volts to 150 Vac or 0 volts to 150 Vdc and rated for up to 10 amps, thus the name VS-10a. It is comprised of an illuminated voltmeter that reads to the first significant digit, AC variable system output voltage, DC variable system output voltage, logic output voltage and one sense (continuity) contact monitoring points. Banana jacks for connection of test leads are spaced at intervals that allow the use of dual banana test plugs if desired. The VS-10a is protected by two levels of overcurrent protection; AC input, and ground fault protection by a GFCI. All circuitry is housed inside a custom designed case made from 16 gauge steel. An Internal fan dissipates heat buildup and exhaust through louvered side vents built into the case. The carrying handle is designed with a “spring return to rest” position and is padded for comfort. The case has been sized for optimum portability and is balanced from the handle during transportation. The case has a powder coated finish that is scratch, chemical and weather resistant. Rubber padded feet support the case when in the upright position and a convenience receptacle is located on the side of the case.

The SparkFun Triad Spectroscopy Sensor is a powerful optical inspection sensor also known as a spectrophotometer. Three AS7265x spectral sensors are combined alongside a visible, UV, and IR LEDs to illuminate and test various surfaces for light spectroscopy. The Triad is made up of three sensors; the AS72651, the AS72652, and the AS72653 and can detect the light from 410nm (UV) to 940nm (IR). In addition, 18 individual light frequencies can be measured with precision down to 28.6 nW/cm2 and accuracy of +/-12%. It accurately measures not only in factory environments but also in high-induction fields and substationsThe RMO-A series contains 6 models, rated from 100 A (RMO100A) to 600 A (RMO600A). The RMO500A (formerly CPM500) is our best seller, with 500 A ripple-free current and weighs only 8 kg.Although placed in a very portable and lightweight metal housing, RMO-A micro-ohmmeters have very high output power capabilities. They can generate 600 A test current continuously for up to 20 s. You can test with current up to 100 A without rest time. High output voltage enables a wider measurement range at the highest test currents, as well as the use of thinner/longer test cables. For testing with 100 A, 20 m test leads can be provided with only 16 mm2 cross-section.RMO-A micro-ohmmeter generates a true DC ripple-free (less than 1 %) current with automatically regulated test ramps. Pulsed X-ray technology
Golden Engineering X-ray generators are based on Pulsed X-ray technology. Pulsed X-rays generate a high intensity X-ray burst (pulse) in a very short period of time (10 to 50 nanoseconds depending on the model). The output dose of each pulse is 3-6 mR measured 12 inches from the front of the X-ray generator. The operator varies the overall dose of each exposure by changing the pulse setting. The pulse rate varies from 10 pulses per second to 25 pulses per second depending on the model. The generators can fire up to 200 pulses before a four-minute rest period.

Foot Rest

The optional footrest is designed to be used with the Vibratron-II. The foot rest is 12'' long x 8'' wide x 4.25'' high with adjustable non-slip leveling feet ( feet are adjustable to add up to 1/2'' of additional height if needed). Surface of the footrest is a white hygienic non-skid vinyl covering and can be easily cleaned between uses. The unit is large enough to accommodate both feet and may also be used as an armrest when testing upper extremities. The weight of the unit is approximately 4.5 pounds. The 9025 is a 25 module receiver designed to fit into a standard 19" rack. This model is equipped with a telescopic handle on the right side. This handle is designed to rest flush against the side of the receiver as a standard handle, or can be extended out to the right up to 3" to accommodate a larger ITA enclosure or other obstruction that may prevent normal handle operation/ engagement.As with the standard 9025, a microswitch is included. Mounting flanges and an instrument bracket are also included for slide mounting. A slide kit is required, but not included.
