Rain Test Chamber - Twin Shower
The Drive-In Rain Test Chamber is generally used to conduct whole body testing of assembled vehicles under different rain test procedures to study and estimate their structural degradations and destructions induced by rain/water. The twin shower area with 1.1 million litre & 0.35 million litre volume is enclosed in a shed where arrays of pipes are interconnected to form zones to ensure the uniform spraying as per JSS 55555 test standard. The water gushes through the nozzle at a flow rate of up to 288 cu m/hr and the test chamber water collection system have a central grating with sufficient slope to collect the sprayed water during operation and circulate it back to the water reservoir to ensure close loop circulation.

Back Plane Tester
This machine is used to test back planes used in telecommunications central stations. An operator loads a completed point to point wired back plane onto a retractable shelf on the front of the tester. Table continues and the disk falls through a hole into the bin. The shelf is pushed back into the machine where it is held in place by pneumatic operated clamps. Then a series of pneumatic cylinders sequentially insert a test card into each location in the back plane. A remote instrument performs a complete point to point continuity, short and hi pot test on all connections in the back plane.

Active Loop Antenna

Also known as Magnetic Loop Antenna, the AL-130R is compliant with CISPR 16-1-4. It is ideal for emissions measurements as required by various EMC standards such as FCC 18, CISPR 11, CISPR 13, CISPR 14, CISPR 32 and many more. The EM-6873 Loop Sensor Antenna uses passive circuits to transform magnetic field components between 20 Hz – 100 kHz to an equivalent open circuit two-terminal voltage on the receiving instrument. Use of the conversion Factor Chart, supplied with each antenna, will yield the strength of the magnetic induction field referenced to a uniform field. The loop is electrostatically shielded and therefore is sensitive only to the magnetic component (B-field) of the electromagnetic fields.
