The Validyne model SI314 is a network interface that connects our model P61 USB pressure Transducer to your smart phone or network web browser. The SI314 supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections and will display current pressure readings and transducer status on any web browser or via smart phone. The SI314 also displays the transducer temperature, date of calibration, model and serial numbers and these can be viewed wirelessly or by Ethernet connection. The SI314 makes your P61 accessible from anywhere in the world. Data logging of pressure data is configured via a web browser or smart phone and readings may be stored once per minute to once per hour. A thumb drive or memory card collects the data in comma separated file format(csv) for download to your computer. The data may also be accessed via the network. A graph of the data is also generated on request. A Twitter function allows pressure data to be tweeted from the SI314 at user-defined intervals. The transducer zero and span calibration adjustments are password protected and operated via browser buttons. No potentiometer adjustments are required to calibrate the P61 transducer. The LBM Series (Load Button) load cells are offered for compression only applications where space is limited. This load button is a direct replacement for many of the same type and bolt patterns currently used in the industry. The matching surface must be flat and at least 2 inches in diameter. The loading diameter is slightly convex for accurate load distribution. Eight threaded mounting holes are provided on the bottom surface for fastening down from beneath. These sensors are manufactured from heat treated 17-4ph stainless steel, and the sensing element incorporates bonded foil strain gages of the highest quality. They are sealed for protection against most industrial environments.

The PSM-R is a self contained AC power bridge excitation supply. This device consists of a low interwinding capacitance AC transformer and a high stability adjustable linear regulator designed specifically for driving transducer bridges. The TMO-2A Transducer Modules is a complete differential amplifier/signal conditioners with self contained power. The unit provide excitation, balance and span adjustment via precision 10 turn pots, and shunt calibration necessary to couple a user supplied bridge type transducer to an indicating instrument. Zero to full scale output is specified at 4-20 mA. The TMO-2A provides a floating shunt calibration circuit which applies calibration at the transducer, thereby eliminating errors due to line losses. The excitation supply incorporates a Wagner Ground to greatly improve Common Mode Rejection. The factory set bandwidth of the module is narrow to improve stability. The removal of a single capacitor will increase the frequency response DC to 60K Hz for dynamic data applications.
