Programmable Step Attenuator, DC to 40 GHz, 0 to 70 dB, 10 dB Steps
84907L
The Keysight 84907L programmable step attenuator offers coaxial measurements to 40 GHz in a compact, rugged design. It offers repeatability of better than 0.03 dB, excellent life greater than 5 million switching cycles per section) and an attenuation range of 0 to 70 dB in 10-dB steps. This latest design evolution sets new standards for size and performance. High attenuation accuracy and low SWR are achieved through the use of miniature thin-film attenuation cards composed of high-stability tantalum nitride film of saphire substrate. Insertion loss is outstanding, with with only 2,4 dB of loss at 40 GHz. The compact size of the unit, 35% smaller than the Keysight 8495/7 (26.5 GHz) family, allows for easy integration into instruments and ATE systems.

Voltage Controlled Linearized Attenuators To 16 GHz
Pulsar's voltage controlled, PIN diode linearized attenuators are available from 0.25-16 GHz with attenuation ranges of 32 and 64 dB. Each model includes an integrated linearizer, and a driver that controls the attenuation level. This design results in transient free switching between attenuation levels as opposed to the spurious outputs that result when an attenuation value is switched either on or off by a direct digitally controlled attenuator. Transfer function is 8 dB / Volt.

500 MHz Passive Probe, 2.5mm, 10:1, 10 MOhm
PP022-1
Passive probes are the standard probe provided with most oscilloscopes. Typical passive probes provide a 10:1 attenuation and feature a high input resistance of 10 MΩ. This high input resistance means that passive probes are the ideal tool for low frequency signals since circuit loading at these frequencies is minimized. Passive probes are designed to handle voltages of at least 400V, some as high as 600V. Teledyne LeCroy passive probes feature an attenuation sense pin which tells the oscilloscope to scale the waveforms automatically requiring no user input. Each passive probe is recommended for a certain oscilloscope, using the right passive probe with the right oscilloscope means that the probe will be properly compensated across the entire bandwidth. Using probes with a different oscilloscope will only let you compensate for low frequencies.

Near Field Probes 30 MHz up to 3 GHz
RF2 set
The RF2 near field probe set consists of 4 passive near field probes for measurements in the development phase of the magnetic field in the range from 30 MHz to 3 GHz on electronic assemblies. The probe heads of the RF2 set allow the step by step localization of interference sources of the RF magnetic field on assemblies. From greater distances the electromagnetic interference can be detected by RF-R 400-1 and RF-R 50-1 probes. The RF-B 3-2 and RF-U 5-2 probes with their higher resolution can more precisely detect the interference sources. Field orientation and field distribution on an electronic assembly can be detected through a trained special use of the near field probe. The near field probes are small and handy. They have a sheath current attenuation and are electrically shielded. They can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input. They do not have an internal terminating resistance.
