Multiplexer Module
The M9103A, a high-density, high-power 99-channel multiplexer routes many different channels to a single point. The switches operate in a break-before-make mode that ensures no two points are connected at the same time, or multiple channels can simultaneously connect if needed. This module is ideal for routing multiple analog signals to a measurement device in an automated test environment (ATE) or data acquisition systems. Each channel switch has a high and low for 2-wire switching. The high-quality armature relays are capable of switching up to 100Vrms, with up to 60W of power. Choose from the durable connector block or standard cable connections.

Medium density PXI dual 12x8, 2-pole matrix - it is also available in reed relay formats of 2-pole and 1-pole screened (see "also in this range" on right). The screened version is suitable for switching signals up to 50MHz. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. The two banks may be used for operating a 4-wire measurement system (bank-1 for source, bank-2 for measure).
