Two Axis Differential Interferometer
10721A
The Keysight 10721A Two Axis Differential Interferometer, when used in multiple axis applications, simultaneously makes two differential measurements linear and angular (yaw) displacement. Both measurements reference external mirror mounted to an object such as a column or inspection tool. The 10721A provides high immunity to unwanted interferometer displacement, such as thermal expansion. It is a modular, compact design with monolithic optics for maximized mechanical stability. Use of a small 3 mm beam helps decrease Abb offset error. The 10721A is similar to the 10719A Single Axis Differential Interferometer, except that it provides an additional measurement axis.

By carefully designing the grating groove parameters, gold-coated pulse compression gratings can achieve typically diffraction average efficiencies as high as 94% at 800 nm (TiSa), 910 nm (OPCPA), 1030 nm (Ytterbium), 1 053 nm (Nd glass) or 1.55 µm. Model LE-05 and LE-15 extensometers measure strain optically, without contacting the specimen, using laser diode technology. The extensometers are self-contained and portable. They may be interfaced with a variety of testing machines and data acquisition systems using the ±10V analog output or bi-directional RS-232 serial port. Operation may be local or remote. A digital display is included. The scanning beam is always perpendicular to the specimen, unlike most laser extensometers. This eliminates errors when viewing through windows in chambers. It also minimizes sensitivity to the distance between the extensometer and the sample. Because the unit measures reflected light, no receiver is required behind the sample.

In-Situ Cross- Stack Laser Analyzer
LS25 is an in-situ analyzer for non-contact measurement of the concentration of gases. The measuring principle of the LS25 is based on the principle of single line spectroscopy (Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy, TDLAS). A single cross-sensitivity-free absorption line of the gas to be measured is selected in the near infrared range. A single-mode diode laser operating at room temperature scans the respective absorption line. By using an opposite receiver, the absorption caused by the sample gas is measured and from this the concentration is calculated. An automatic correction for pressure and temperature changes is possible. In addition, the transmission is displayed respectively output as a signal for preventive maintenance.
