Specifically, it will be connected to a Router (ADSL, Cable or other) already providing access to the Internet. Calls made and data services used on the 3G device are then sent to the carrier (and received from the carrier) over IP.

The low viscosity index matching liquid has an indefinite shelf life and allows for an easy glide of the bare fiber into the splice.
