Our 42-925 high-performance PXIe Chassis provides one PXIe system slot, one PXIe timing slot and 16 hybrid compatible slots for application flexibility. The chassis utilizes a single PCI segment with a dedicated PCIe-to-PCI bridge module for the hybrid slots. The PXI-specific high accuracy clocks and trigger signals are generated and controlled by an independent clock module attached to the rear of the backplane.

It is based on AR1820HS – an 18MP CMOS Image sensor from Aptina™ / ON Semiconductor® and has a dedicated, high-performance Image Signal Processor chip (ISP) on-board that performs all the Auto functions (Auto White Balance, Auto Exposure control) in addition to complete image signal processing pipeline that provides best-in-class images and video and the optional MJPEG compression. Though the AR1820HS is an 18MP image sensor, the e-CAM130_CUMI1820_MOD supports only up to 13MP resolution.

Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

Each SPST switch uses a fully isolated solid state relay which has been designed to offer fast operation under hot switching conditions and high inrush current with no operational life degradation. Each SPST switch can support 30A of continuous current and switch up to 40V signals. The switch can sustain inrush currents in excess of 120A. AC or DC signals can be switched since the switch is polarity insensitive.
