Having been assessed by Ford Detroit’s EMC expert, we are Australia’s only Ford (and NATA) accredited automotive EMC test laboratory. Others have tried, but none have succeeded. Ford does not accept reports from EMC labs that are not on the Ford list of accredited labs. The scope ranges from component to complete vehicle level EMC testing for Australian and overseas manufacturers. We also have a fully dedicated CISPR 25 Electronic Sub Assembly (ESA) chamber, another large CISPR 25 anechoic chamber for vehicle testing or susceptibility levels in excess of 500V/m. We possess a vast array of specific automotive EMC test equipment such as BCI’s, tri-plate’s, and striplines for susceptibility and emissions testing to meet the most stringent automotive EMC requirements. The hybridNETBOX DN2.82x series internally consists of a Digitizer and an AWG that can run together or independently. That allows simultaneous data generation and data acquisition for stimulus-response tests, ATE applications, MIMO applications or closed-loop applications. Used independently, the digitizer can acquire test data in the field and the AWG can replay this test data in lab. The hybridNETBOX offers 14/16 bit resolution and is available with digitizer sampling rates of up to 500 MS/s and AWG sampling rates of up to 1.25 GS/s. The hybridNETBOX can be installed anywhere in the company LAN and can be remotely controlled from a host PC.

The F-750 Handheld Brix & Dry Matter Meter uses near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to estimate quality metrics such as dry matter, Total Soluble Solids (TSS or brix), titratable acidity, and color. Working like a high-powered flashlight, the F-750 sends particles of light into a commodity, then measures the NIR light interactance with molecular components inside of the commodity to quantify user-selected traits. The F-750 has a wide range of applications, from determining optimal harvest timing by assessing fruit maturity, to providing an objective analysis of produce quality of fruit in packing houses and upon import. The F-750 is a handheld, fully integrated system, allowing users to operate it out in the orchard or inside the QA lab. These measurements can be made on body fluid samples using lab instrumentation or through direct measurement of personnel.
