FlexMAX
The FlexMAX family is composed of a choice of chassis and a variety of high density high density modules. The chassis is a Stand Alone device that host up to 4 or up to 16 high density modules depending on chassis size. It allows communication with a PC, PXI Express Chassis or a Laptop using various interfaces including Ethernet, USB, PCI-Express, PXI-Express or Thunderbolt 3. It can also host an embedded program and act as an I/O server on the network.

Powered by Linux Real Time, the FlexMAX 3U is designed to receive and transmit data across dozens or hundreds of channels with a high time and sync precision, bridge data from receive to transmit channels, detect or inject errors and comes with data filtering and triggering capabilities.

FlexMAX Modules

The FlexMAX modules must be inserted into a FlexMAX 1U or 3U chassis. MAX Technologies currently offers ARINC 429, Discrete I/O, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 708, Serial ASYNC RS-232/422/485, HDLC / SDLC, CSDB, CAN Bus including CAN-FD, Digital to Analog (DAC) and Analog to Digital (ADC) modules. More modules will be added to the portfolio.
