Pulsar Microwave's 8-way power dividers cover broadband and narrowband applications from 500 MHz to 40 GHz, and are designed to operate in 50-ohm systems. They are rated at 30 watts input power and are available with SMA or N female connectors, or with 2.92mm connectors for frequencies above 35 GHz.

Voltage Variable Attenuators To 16 GHz
Our family of voltage controlled attenuators is non-reflective, with ranges of 32 dB of 64 dB. Pin diodes are used and the frequency range is 0.25-16 GHz. They operate with a control voltage of 0 to +8 VDC and handle +27 dBm maximum input power. These attenuators are bi-directional: either SMA port may be used for an input.

This family of digitally controlled switched bit attenuators have standard attenuation ranges of 32 dB and 64 dB, with 8 bits of resolution. LSB of 32 dB models is 0.125 dB, and for 64 dB models LSB is 0.250 dB. Attenuation level is obtained by 8 TTL control inputs.

Triple Balanced High IP3 Mixers To 3500 MHz
Pulsar Microwave Corporation features a high performance series of triple balanced mixers which offer superior IP3 performance. Optimized to cover specific bands (such as Cellular, PCS, LAN), a +10 dBm LO drive level results in a typical IP3 of +21 dBm, while +17 dBm and +23 LO drive levels result in typical IP3 readings of +30 and +35 dBm respectively. Low Frequency 3-Way Power Dividers To 1500 MHz
Pulsar Microwave manufactures 3-way power dividers from 1 MHz to 1.5 GHz in both surface mount and connectorized packages. They are rated for an input power of 1 watt maximum for a load VSWR of 1.20:1 or better. This series of 3-way power dividers are currently offered in four outline packages. The hermetically sealed outline 301 and surface mount outline B are useful in portable applications where space is premium. Outlines 412 and 433 are connectorized versions in cross or in-line format, respectively.

Voltage Controlled Phase Shifters To 3200 MHz
Pulsar's Voltage Controlled Phase shifters utilize a DC voltage to control the phase of the RF signal applied. These phase shifters utilize varactor diodes to produce the necessary phase requirements. Phase of the 180 and 360 degree designs are available, and phase can be controlled with a DC voltage 0-20 Vdc. Modulation of these phase shifters is typically 100 kHz, and maximum input power is +5 dBm.A wide variety of package styles are available, such as plug-in, flatpack, TO-cans, and connectorized housings, though the most popular are the miniature surface mount packages. Surface mount packages are available on tape and reel, for automated assembly techniques.

SP3T RF Pin Diode Switches To 18 GHz
Pulsar Microwave manufactures 3-way absorptive and reflective switches for use in 50-ohm systems. These SP3T switches operate from 100 MHz to 18 GHz and handle 200 mW input power. VSWR performance is often 1.6:1 or better with 100 ns switching time. Minimum isolation of 60 dB is specified for most units. Absorptive and reflective switches require +5V and -5V power supply to function. Control logic is from 0 to +5 volts. All voltage and ground connections are made by feed thru and turret terminals, respectively.
