Parasitic Drain Tester

Replaceable in-line fuses protect both the meter and tester in the event a high current source on the vehicle is left on. The multimeter is bypassed with the switch during connection in case of a power surge. The tester and meter can remain connected until other computer systems shut down, isolating the drain. As a convenience, stacking banana connectors are used on the tester. This allows voltage to be measured on various locations on the vehicle during the drain test, using standard test leads.

Right Angle Waveguide to Coax Adapters
Fairview Microwave right angle waveguide to coax adapters include millimeter wave frequency ranges with models in the K-band (18 to 26.5 GHz) up to the V-band (50 to 65 GHz). These right angle waveguide to coax adapters offer excellent VSWR as low as 1.29:1, while also providing insertion loss performance as low as 0.3 dB. Waveguide sizes available for these new 90 degree coaxial adapter models include WR-42, WR-28, WR-22, WR-19 and WR-15. The TA-6500 test fixture combines the features of the OEM's Instrument Servo Tester(T307962), the Pointer/Flag Test Fixture(T307951) and the AD-650/600 Test Panel(T334043) all into one panel to facilitate testing of these Attitude Director Indicator's. The panel switches and adjustment pots are labeled to match the test procedure numbers and the duplicity in marking makes it easier for the technician to understand each function. The UUT interface is through a 96 pin zero insertion force(ZIF) type connector to minimize contact wear. The expanded localizer and nav input pins J2-34/35 are exposed on the panel to facilitate the insertion of a 200 ohm shunt when required. The fixtures rear panel has connectors for the required dual API/Synchro transmitter interface while the panel switches provide the correct routing of each.

The Series 48 Universal Test Fixture Systems are an effective way to test high mix, low to medium volume products. The Universal Base is designed around the CAMGATE Z axis Test Fixture. The base interfaces with removable, quick change Series 49 Universal Test Insert Kits. Three versions are offered, a blank base whereas the end user can configure the Base and insert kit to their own connector configuration, The 160 point model which uses four (40) pin IDC ribbon cable connectors to interface between the base and the insert kit, and the -I model that incorporates the same 4 block GR2270 style block interface as used on our Series 34 test fixtures. This allows for increased test point count and the use of Industry Standard 2270 style signal, power, and coax blocks.
