Stainless Steel High Performance Flow Sensor

The Signet 2540 Paddlewheel Flow Sensor offers field-replaceable electronics and transient voltage suppression (TVS) to provide greater immunity to large voltage disturbances (i.e. lightning) sometimes encountered in field wiring. Sensors can be installed in DN40 to DN600 (1 to 24 in.) pipes using the 1 inch NPT or ISO 7/1-R 1.5 threaded process connection. The sensors are also offered in a hot-tap configuration with a bleed valve service without process shutdown in pipes up to DN900 (36 in.). Both styles of sensors must be used in full pipes and can be used in low pressure systems.

AD06A Baratron® differential pressure sensors are single-ended dual-electrode/AC bridge devices that are extremely stable and designed to minimize the effect of temperature changes. Full Scale ranges are available from 25,000 Torr down to 0.1 Torr. Each range measures down to 1 part in 106 Full Scale with selected percent Reading accuracy limited by this resolution and with accuracies ranging from 0.25% to 0.05% of Reading. Temperature Probes

The YAV90PNE is a complete “plug & play” pneumatics subsystem controlled by CAN, for ATEs with Virginia Panel receiver. Thanks to this module, pneumatics actuators that are commonly used in the fixture side of an ATE, can be controlled. 10 3-way micro-valves are able to contorl 10 simple effect actuators or else 5 double effect ones. The module includes input for the position sensors. A pressure sensor is also included, so that the system air mains working pressure can be set between a minimum and a maximum.
