ECPR System (Electrically Calibrated Pyroelectric Radiometer)
Rs-5900
Developed in conjunction with NIST, the Rs-5900 ECPR is a ±1% absolute accuracy radiometric transfer standard for the visible to near-IR (0.25-2.0µm), with the RsIR Option extending the ±1% accuracy to >20µm. The RsP-590 Pyroelectric Probe requires no cooling and maintains ±1% accuracy from 1 µW to 100 mW. The ECPR uses an auto-nulling, electrical substitution technique that allows the instrument to be referenced against NIST electrical standards, insuring maximum accuracy and precision. Unlike most electrically calibrated radiometers, there is a direct correlation between electrical and optical heating because the same material serves as both the optical absorber and electrical heating element.

*Laser Photodiode Sensors
Photodiode sensors have a high degree of linearity over a large range of light power levels: from fractions of a nanowatt to about 2 mW. Above that light level, corresponding to a current of about 1 mA, the sensor saturates and reads erroneously low. Therefore, most Ophir PD sensors have a built-in and removable attenuator allows measurement of up to 3 W without saturation.

Pulse Laser
Is a variable, pulsed high power laser source, a building block ideal for MOPA, LIDAR, OTDR laser systems development and applications. PSD Signal Processing Tool
SEEPOS
For most position measurement applications the SiTek SEEPOS system offers a complete and easy-to-use solution. High speed PSD electronics combined with digital signal processing and high speed USB data transfer gives a powerful measurement system. With its large dynamic range it can handle light powers from nW to mW from DC light sources as well as modulated light sources. All parameters, such as PSD bias voltage, amplifier gain, the use of analog and digital filters etc., are easily controlled from the included software and light spot position is continuously displayed both in XY and X-t, Y-t graphs. Optimized plot algorithms ensure that all data is visually seen on the screen even in full speed measurements.
