These hydrostatic test systems are used for both high pressure proof testing and burst hydrostatic testing. By simply connecting one of our hydrostatic test systems to a shop air supply, safe high pressure testing can be accomplished with hydrostatic test output pressures available up to 15,000 psi. Among other specifications, our hydrostatic testers meet the requirements of MIL-T-25456, A-A-52687 AND PD02LEEE07. The program determines, for a given section, the height and speed values reached by the water, assuming that the channel has a prismatic form of infinite length. The formula used by the program utilises the average velocity as a function of the mean radius of the section, that is equal to the ratio between the area of the hydraulic section and the wet boundary, of the loss of load and of the friction coefficient.

Wheel Play Detectors
A play detector consists of two plate units on which the wheels of an axle are placed. The plates are moved horizontally in an oscillating fashion by hydraulic cylinders. This movement can be done in different directions. In this way an inspector in the inspection pit can easily check for play on the different components underneath the vehicle.
