Compact Converters

The Keysight S960907B spectrum analyzer (SA) software application adds high-performance microwave spectrum analysis capabilities to the Keysight ENA-X up to 44 GHz. With fast stepped-FFT sweeps resulting from optimized data processing, the SA application provides quick spurious searches over broad frequency ranges. Conduct simultaneous spectrum measurements using test and reference receivers. For efficient measurements of spurious signals emanating from mixers and frequency converters, combine the multi-channel SA with the internal swept-signal generators. The SA application employs source-power and receiver-response calibration as well as fixture de-embedding, providing in-fixture and on-wafer spectrum measurements with the highest level of accuracy.

Energy Saving Static Converter
The ENERGY SAVING static converter serves to generate a controlled squarewave single-phase alternate voltage (low frequency: 25 ÷ 125Hz) for industrial applications requiring high load power supplied by an external matching transformer. The power supply, sectioned by remote control switch and external fuses, is fed by a three-phase electric line via uncontrolled diode bridge and filtered by inductor and capacitor battery. The DC voltage thus obtained is converted into single-phase alternating voltage via “H”-shape bridge of semiconductors in order to control impressed frequency single-phase transformers.

High Voltage Power Supplies
The mains voltage (230V / 3 x 400V) is transformed, rectified and filtered by the HN series. The direct current output voltage is tuned by a variable transformer or regulated by a thyristor controller. With the HS and HV series the rectified mains voltage is supplied to a frequency converter, which produces a mid-frequency square wave voltage. This transformed, rectified and filtered alternating current produces the desired voltage as output, which is regulated by means of frequency variation or pulse width modulation. The equipment in the HV series supply, in addition to the high voltage output, up to 3 auxiliary outputs which can be used to supply e.g. heating, grid voltage or surge voltage.

VCO Series
The SC5510A and SC5511A are VCO-based, synthesized signal sources with very low phase noise and an amplitude control of 0.01 dB throughout its -30 dBm to +15 dBm output power range. By utilizing a unique multiple phase-locked loop architecture, phase spurs are kept below -70 dBc across the entire tuning range, even at 1 Hz step resolution. These 20 GHz signal sources include an additional, independent RF2 channel with a tunable frequency range from 100 MHz to 3 GHz and a tuning resolution of 25 MHz. ZRXL-Series
The RPG ZRXxxxL millimeter-wave receiver are optional for the following four-port vector network analyzers: R&S®ZVA24, R&S®ZVA40, R&S®ZVA50 or R&S®ZVA67, and R&S®ZVT20 (not suitable for RPG ZRX500L) with at least four ports. The converters facilitate measurements in the millimeter-wave frequency range. The RPG ZRXxxxL millimeter-wave receiver are available for the frequency bands from 50 GHz to 75 GHz (RPG ZRX75L), from 75 GHz to 110 GHz (RPG ZRX110L), from 220 GHz to 330 GHz (RPG ZRX330L) and from 330 GHz to 500 GHz (RPG ZRX500L). Other frequency bands are covered by other models from the RPG ZRXxxx receiver or R&S®ZCxxx converter series.
