Life Cyclic Durability Testing
Environment Associates can provide everything you need for cyclic durability testing and performance fixturing. Services include mechanical cycling to a position or load, fatigue cycling to a fixed load, rotational torque cycling, and simple push/pull cycling. EA can design your fixture with electro-dynamic, air, or hydraulic assistance to mechanically move your part. All of our fixtures can be manufactured to withstand a wide range of temperature, humidity and vibration inputs. If required, forces can be monitored electronically, using a wide variety of inputs (i.e. strain gages, load cells, rotational transducers, thermocouples, shunts, and more). EA can create holding and check fixtures to perform “pre” and “post” evaluation for dimensional issues that may occur during testing. The Keysight 10753B Tripod provides a mounting for the Keysight 5519A/B laser head. The tripod allows Keysight 5530Laser Calibrationsystem optics to be located remotely from the laser head, yielding greater accuracy and simplifying fixturing. The remote setup also eliminates heat-caused distortions. The Keysight 10753B adjusts for height, rotation, tilt, and lateral offset. F9 Systems CalBlade

Test Fixturing
There are no good measurements without good test fixtures. Ideally the test fixture needs to make the electrical connection between the test instrument and the device-under-test (DUT) and be electrically transparent. ATE has developed fixtures for SMT components, leadless packages, and miniature coaxial interfaces, in such a way that the fixture effects can be removed, and the measurement reference plane can be brought right down to the DUT.
