RF Amplifiers up to 6000 MHz
Includes RF and microwave amplifiers covering the band from 500Mhz to 6000Mhz in a single module with either GaN or GaAs devices. Custom and standard power amplifiers available with high linearity, low noise figure, and very low error vector magnitude (EVM). Full Band Down-Converters

Full band down-converters are designed to convert high frequency millimeterwave signals down to the baseband at 10 MHz to 1.6 GHz. These down-converters deliver a superior performance since they are assembled with SAGE Millimeter’s instrumentation grade components, such as multipliers, amplifiers, filters, isolators, and more. The below standard offering covers the frequency range of 26.5 to 170 GHz and delivers a typical LO power of 3 dBm and conversion gain of 20 dB. The down-converters provide low harmonic levels and excellent gain flatness, making them ideal for test instrumentation applications. Noise Source, 1 GHz up to 50 GHz
346CK01
The Keysight 346CK01 is the ideal companion to Keysight´s noise figure solutions when working on high frequency applications. Since it is broadband (1 GHz to 50 GHz), it eliminates the necessity for several sources at different frequency bands. The low SWR of the noise source reduces a major source of measurement uncertainty, which are reflections of the test signals. This is a coaxial noise source with a 2.4 mm coaxial connector. ENR typically 20 dB at 1 GHz, decreasing to typically 7 dB at 50 GHz.

High Performance 335 M, 6 Channel Digital Receiver

The DP- VME-5838 is a VME64x slave, high performance 335M, six channel Digital receiver card. It samples and down converts the analog IF signals into the digital base band data. The processed I/Q data are pulse compressed and decimated to the base band rate. Rectangular Horn Antennas
SAGE Millimeter wave rectangular gain horns, also called pyramidal gain horns, are offered as both standard and custom models with a rectangular waveguide interface. The pyramidal gain horns only support linear polarization. With a calibrated gain chart, these horns can be used to measure the gain of other antennas by comparing the generated signal levels of both. For this reason, these horns are also referred to as standard gain horns. The listed models offer 23 dB nominal gain, 10/11 degrees typical half power beamwidth and 14 dB/30 dB typical side lobe levels at the center frequency of the band. These horns cover full waveguide bandwidths within the frequency range of 8.2 to 170 GHz. In addition to the models listed below, models with 10, 15, 20 and 25 dB gain and other frequency bands are also available.

Solid State GaN (Gallium Nitride) Amplifiers
Fairview Microwave’s solid state GaN (Gallium Nitride) power amplifiers (also called SSPAs) feature broad frequency bands ranging from 30 MHz to 7.5 GHz and very high gain levels from 43 to 60 dB. These GaN SSPAs also show impressive harmonic response (-15 to -20 dBc) under worst case conditions. Saturated output power levels range from 10W to 100W with 20% to 35% Power Added Efficiency (PAE). All of our high power solid state GaN amplifiers from Fairview have internally regulated single voltage supplies. Our GaN SSPAs are designed to withstand environmental conditions such as humidity, altitude, shock and vibration with an operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. Some models are also equipped with integrated heat sinks and cooling fans. Most designs are EAR99.
