Analog Input Products
Analog input boards are useful for measuring variably changing conditions in the real world. When we want to measure these variably changing conditions, we need analog inputs to convert these changing real world conditions to changing electrical quantities. For example, monitoring the temperature inside a wood kiln, or the water pressure on the output of a pump, or the heart rate of a medical patient. In each of these cases, you can use one of our analog input devices to convert the electrical data from a sensor or transducer into binary data that can then be used by your computer. The device that converts this data is known as an analog to digital converter (abbreviated ADC, A/D, or A to D). An analog input is a measurable electrical signal with a defined range. The analog input changes continuously in a definable manner in relation to the measured property. This data is very useful for process monitoring, process control, or simple monitoring / data collection and acquisition. ACCES' analog input boards amplify and multiplex input signals from thermocouples, strain gauges, accelerometers, photo sensors, flowmeters, RTDs, thermistors, voltage sources, millivolt sources, and current sources, just to name a few.

Mission Computer Software Integration Rig

The HSIR is the ground test facility and it simulates various LRUs/sensors interfaced with the HAWK Mission Computer. RIG consists of Industrial computers with Simulation modules, Acquisition modules, Video generator module and video display monitors. RIG provides the simulated inputs to both the MCs from each simulated sensor/ LRU through hardwired signals, through the MIL-1553B, Arinc 429, RS-422, RS232 and Ethernet etc. The rig is capable of testing two MCs together either of which can be used as the Bus Controller (BC) or the Remote Terminal (RT). The rig provides the facility to monitor and acquire the MIL-1553B, Arinc 429, RS-422, and RS232 Ethernet bus, Analog IOs, Synchro IOs, Discrete IOs and transactions that takes place between the MCs and various sensors/units. The RIG has the capability to test individual MCs also.

PXI-2000 Series
ADLINIK PXI-2010, PXI-2005 and PXI-2006 are simultaneous-sampling multifunction PXI modules to meet a wide range of application requirements. These products can simultaneously sample 4 AI channels with differential input configurations to achieve maximum noise elimination. They also provide 2-CH 12-bit analog outputs with waveform generation capabilities, which can be performed together with analog input functions. If more analog input or output channels are required, multiple modules can be synchronized through the PXI trigger bus. This makes the PXI-2000 series ideal for stimulus/response tests. The PXI-2000 series also feature analog and digital triggering, 24-CH programmable digital I/O lines, and 2- CH 16-bit general-purpose timer/counters. The auto-calibration feature adjusts the gain and offset to a specified accuracy, eliminating the need to calibrate the modules by adjusting trimpots.

We not only implemented a universal, extremely comprehensive test system, but also a series of compact systems for benchtop placement which are fully compatible with the larger, universal system.
