Multiplexer Module
The 40-616 16-Bank, 5-Channel, 1-Pole Multiplexer Module forms part of the System 40 PXI Programmable Switching system. The Module consists of 16 electrically isolated banks of multiplexers controlled by a PXI/ PCI interface. Each bank is a 1 to 5 multiplexer and operates with break-before-make action when a new channel is selected. Any Individual multiplexer bank can have a channel set by itself, alternatively, multiple banks can have channels selected simultaneously. The module is suitable for cascading in applications that require large multiplexer systems, it is also suitable for test systems that require the switching of a large number of signals in parallel.

The Keysight 8762F brings a new standard of performance to 75-ohm coaxial components. Designed for ATE switching systems, the Keysight 8762F offers the performance demanded by the cable television distribution equipment and communications equipment industries. It gives the ATE system designer of telecommunications and cable distribution equipment the tools to design reliable, high performance switching interfaces. The Keysight 8762F uses a mini 75-ohm SMB connector for the coaxial interface. The mini 75-ohm SMB connector is designed to terminate RG-179 75-ohm coaxial cable. The Keysight 8762F is designed to work in virtually any system due to the range of voltage options covering 4.5 V to 30 Vdc available for activating the switch solenoids. The standard configuration of the switch includes solder terminals.

Multiplexer Module
The 40-735 data communications multiplexer is designed for switching the data lines of serial interfaces (RS232, USB). Careful attention to the design of the module ensures that the switching system minimizes its impact on the transmission distance of USB1.1 interfaces. The MUX is available in 36:1 or 18:1 formats and enables a single source of serial data to be switched to one of 36 or 18 devices under test. This allows the data source to load information to, or receive information from, the device under test. The 36:1 version can be software configured into two independent 18 way MUXs enabling two separate sources of serial data to be connected to separate banks of 18 devices. The module is ideal for performing bulk testing of any device that relies on a serial data communications port to load software or control the device operation. It can also be used for a variety of other applications where ever a 2-pole low power MUX is required.
