The mirror, used in the 5530 Laser Calibration System, measures flatness in applications such as surface plate calibration. It can be used in place of the 10707A Beam Bender (6 mm or less beam diameter) for applications that require the larger aperture of the 10773A.

Fiber optic multiplexers create a signal path by redirecting the optical signal into a selected output fiber. This is achieved using Micro-Mechanical Mirrors driven by a highly precise mechanism and activated via an electrical control signal.

This verification kit is used to verify the measurement calibration and also to verify that the PNA/PNA-X based millimeter-wave system is operating within its specifications.
