These PCI Express cards offer outstanding A/D features both in resolution and speed. The cards can be switched between single-ended inputs with a programmable offset and true differential inputs. If used in differential mode each two inputs are connected together reducing the number of available channels by half. The 16 bit vertical resolution have four times the accuracy compared to 14 bit cards and sixteen times the accuracy if compared with a 12 bit card. All boards of the M2p.59xx series may use the whole installed on-board memory of up to 512 MSamples completely for the currently activated number of channels.

GX5960 Series
The GX5960 digital subsystem represents the highest level of performance available for PXI-based digital instrumentation and features high performance pin electronics and a timing generator / sequencer in a compact, 6U PXI form factor. The GX5960 series consists of the GX5961 clock generator board with 16 driver / sensor channels and the GX5964 driver / sensor board which supports 32 bi-directional I/O channels. Up to 528 digital I/O channels can be supported by the GX5960 digital subsystem. ・About Ior Leakage CurrentRecently, the leakage current clamp meter is widely used for insulation control of low voltage circuit as the supplementary method of the insulation resistance measurement. The control of leakage current has the advantages to enable the prediction of insulation condition in the electrical power line without having to shut off the power. The leakage current (Io) includes the capacitive leakage current (Ioc)originated in the capacitance and the resistive leakage current (Ior) originated in the insulation resistance each related to the ground.
