The DMC-41x3 motion controller is one of Galil's latest generation, stand-alone motion controller. Compared with the DMC-21x3 controller, the DMC-41x3 offers the following enhancements: 100BASE-T Ethernet, aux RS232 port, USB port, uncommitted analog inputs, up to 15 MHz encoder frequencies, more program memory, and faster sample frequencies. The DMC-41x3 also accommodates the same stepper and servo motor drives used in the DMC-40x0 series and allows two 4-axis 750 W drives to be installed in the 8-axis controller package. The DMC-41x3 is available as a box-level or card-level motion controller. The unit operates stand-alone or interfaces to a PC with Ethernet 10/100BASE-T, or USB. It includes optically isolated I/O in addition to analog inputs and outputs. The DMC-41x3 controller and drive unit accepts power from a single 20-80 VDC source.

Incorporating all of the features of our flagship Accelera series controller and designed with compatibility and flexibility in mind, the DMC-500x0 allows integration of remote EtherCAT drives into new and existing applications with just a handful of configuration commands. The DMC-500x0 is offered in 1 through 8 axis formats. Axes 1 - 4 can be configured as either local or EtherCAT drives while axes 5 – 8 can be configured for additional EtherCAT drives. Unique to the motion control industry, this ability to mix and match local and EtherCAT drives on the same controller provides increased flexibility for any application. In addition, the DMC-500x0 is fully compatible with Galil’s internal servo and stepper motor amplifiers as well as third party external drives.

The DMC-40x0 motion controller is Galil's highest performance, stand-alone motion controller. It belongs to Galil's latest generation motion controller family, which accepts encoder inputs up to 22 MHz, provides servo update rates as high as 32 kHz, and processes commands as fast as 40 microseconds-10 times the speed of prior generation controllers. The DMC-40x0 is a full-featured motion controller packaged with optional multi-axis drives in a compact, metal enclosure. The unit operates stand-alone or interfaces to a PC with Ethernet 10/100Base-T or RS232. The controller includes optically isolated I/O, high-power outputs capable of driving brakes or relays, and analog inputs for interfacing to analog sensors. Motion Controller
HSL-4XMO is an advanced 4-axis remote motion control module via HSL bus. Combined with HSL I/O and motion control modules, it can meet many requirements in machine automation (MA) field. HSL-4XMO offers two models - HSL-4XMO-CG-N/P and HSL-4XMO-CD-N/P. HSL-4XMO-CG-N/P is suitable for steppers and linear motors. HSL-4XMO-CD-N/P is suitable for servo motors with transfer cable. Except the advanced motion control library (refer to PCI-8164), ADLINK also provides two extra features for users. Motion Point Table Managements can let users assign the points into the module in advance. Then, users can issue command to continuously move the points without consuming CPU resource. Analog Output Module
The Analog Output Module for Remote I/O features a 2-wire spring terminal connection, selectable output ranges (0 V to 10 V, ±10 V, 0 V to 5 V, ±5 V, 0 mA to 20 mA, 4 mA to 20 mA, and ±20 mA) output ranges, and short circuit proof outputs. A remote I/O system consists of an EtherCAT bus coupler and individual modules mounted on a DIN rail. You control the Analog Output Module for Remote I/O from a real‐time controller, such as a CompactRIO Controller or an Industrial Controller. You can use remote I/O hardware to add low‐cost I/O for simple tasks while your controller handles advanced tasks such as image processing, motion control, and high‐speed or specialty measurements.

The DMC-52xx0 EtherCAT Master is Galil Motion Control's first 32 axis motion controller. It is a pure EtherCAT controller capable of controlling up to 32 drives and 2 IO modules on one EtherCAT Network in a small, space efficient package. The DMC-52xx0 makes configuration and programming easy with just a handful of EtherCAT configuration commands and Galil’s intuitive, two-letter programming language. The DMC-52xx0 is offered in 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 axis formats. Coordinated moves can be done within banks of 8 allowing for minimal changes to Galil’s programming language. Galil supports a variety of EtherCAT drives to accommodate most applications. The DMC-52xx0 operates in Cyclic Synchronous Position mode (CSP). In this mode the servo control loop is closed on the EtherCAT drive while the Galil sends motion profile data at a 1 kHz rate. The DMC-52xx0 features 8 uncommitted opto-isolated inputs and 8 uncommitted opto-isolated high power outputs. It also includes 8 uncommitted analog inputs and 8 uncommitted analog outputs. One 100 Mbps Ethernet port and one USB (serial) port are provided for communication with a host PC or external devices.
