The N2805A is a 200-MHz differential probe designed to provide superior differential signal measurements with long cable length (5 m), making it ideal in an environment where extended cable length is required. The probe offers 50:1 attenuation ratio, allowing it to be used adequately for up to ±100V DC+peakAC of high voltage differential measurements with high CMRR. The differential probe has a differential input resistance of 4 MΩ and low input capacitance of 4 pF to minimize circuit loading. The probe is powered by Keysight’s oscilloscope AutoProbe interface.

The Keysight N2142A is an extremely low-cost passive probe that provides a switchable 10:1 / 1:1 attenuation and up to 75 MHz bandwidth. It features a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (switchable to 1 MΩ) to address a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. The probe can be adjusted for both low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation. For the best measurements, you should compensate your probe to match its characteristics to the oscilloscope. This probe is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input.

The I²C/SPI Interface Device is a master or slave interface for inter-integrated circuit (I²C), or master interface for serial parallel interface (SPI) devices. With plug-and-play USB connectivity, the I²C/SPI Interface Device is a portable solution to communicate with consumer electronics and integrated circuits. The I²C/SPI Interface Device can be physically located more closely to I²C/SPI devices than PCI interfaces, reducing I²C bus length and minimizing noise problems. The I²C/SPI Interface Device supports I²C rates up to 250 kHz and SPI rates up to 50 MHz, and it also includes eight general-purpose digital I/O lines for a variety of applications, such as configuring the address of I²C devices or toggling LEDs.
