The Denverton–based NA362 features the Intel® QuickAssist Technology (Intel® QAT) for accelerated data processing including symmetric encryption and authentication, asymmetric encryption, digital signatures, RSA, DH, ECC, and lossless data compression. Furthermore, it also supports the Intel® Data Plane Development Kit (Intel® DPDK), which greatly boosts packet processing performance and throughput, allowing more time for data plane applications. The NA362 comes with either two or four DDR4 R-DIMM/U-DIMM with 64GB or 128GB of non-buffer non-ECC/ECC memory. The slim-type network communication platform is equipped with one 2.5" SATA3 HDD and one mSATA for sufficient storage. It also supports wireless communication of Wi-Fi, 3G, LTE through a PCI Express Mini Card slot. I/O options include two USB 2.0 ports and a serial console port. NITOS Wireless Sensor Platform

The NITOS prototype wireless sensor mote, is comprised of open-source and configurable modules. NITOS mote features the ATmega32u4 microcontroller running at 8MHz and operating at 3.3V. The aforementioned microcontroller is fully compatible with the Arduino platform that enables ease of software development and provides compatibility with several commercial sensing modules. Moreover, the platform is equipped with an Xbee radio interface that enables communication with the respective gateway. The Xbee module is a tiny device ideal for setting up mesh networks and has a defined rate of 250 kbps. This module uses the IEEE 802.15.4 stack which is the basis for theZigbee protocol. Apart from the Xbee module, NITOS mote can also feature a WiFi wireless interface in order to communicate with WiFi gateways. The developed mote currently features specific sensing modules, an air temperature and humidity sensor, a light intensity sensor and a human presencesensor. Various types of sensing modules and actuators can be further integrated exploiting existing Arduino software that implements several existing communications protocols. The firmware can be easily uploaded through the on-board USB connection. Figure 1 illustrates the developed NITOS mote and the respective gateway node.

The Validyne model SI314 is a network interface that connects our model P61 USB pressure Transducer to your smart phone or network web browser. The SI314 supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections and will display current pressure readings and transducer status on any web browser or via smart phone. The SI314 also displays the transducer temperature, date of calibration, model and serial numbers and these can be viewed wirelessly or by Ethernet connection. The SI314 makes your P61 accessible from anywhere in the world. Data logging of pressure data is configured via a web browser or smart phone and readings may be stored once per minute to once per hour. A thumb drive or memory card collects the data in comma separated file format(csv) for download to your computer. The data may also be accessed via the network. A graph of the data is also generated on request. A Twitter function allows pressure data to be tweeted from the SI314 at user-defined intervals. The transducer zero and span calibration adjustments are password protected and operated via browser buttons. No potentiometer adjustments are required to calibrate the P61 transducer. The T7 is available in several interface and protocol options. The physical interface can be RS232, RS485 or US Digital's CAN (Controller Area Network). The protocol can be either US Digital's serial protocol or Modbus RTU. The RS232 version supports a single T7 with up to 100 ft of cable. For users that need longer cable lengths or multiple T7s on a single bus, the RS485 or US Digital CAN (Controller Area Network) version can be used. The USD-CAN protocol allows a network of up to sixty-four T7s to be connected to a single host. Power for each T7 is supplied over the CAN network cable. The host accesses the USD-CAN T7s through US Digital's low cost CANA-232/CANA-485 adapter module. This module allows the host to access each T7 on the network using simple, easy serial port commands, just like the RS232 version. The RS485 version supports up to 32 T7s on the bus.

All commercial LISNs include an artificial hand connection and a transient limiter. This adds a 30dB insertion loss. A 30dB pre-amplifier is included which can be connected in the RF output feed to return the insertion loss to 0dB. All bar the heavy current LISNs are constructed in a flanged aluminium enclosure that can be bolted directly down to a ground plane (as required by standards). The underside of the enclosure is left unpainted to ensure good conductivity with the plane. The 16A and military/automotive LISNs have an RF output for each line, thus allowing parallel measurements of the emissions. This facilitates measurement of common mode and differential mode components of the emissions if required.
