Transmittance Dust Measuring Devices
Maintaining a clear sightline even when dust concentrations are highTransmittance dust measuring devices transmit light through the entire duct. With this type of measurement, light attenuation indicates the concentration of dust inside the duct. These measuring devices are specially designed for medium to high dust concentrations and large duct diameters. Consequently, they are equally suited to emission and process monitoring as they are to hall monitoring applications.

Magneto-Electric Rotation Detector
MP-981/AP-981
The MP-981 is a magneto-type detector using a hall element which is suitable for revolution (r/min) measurement from low speed to high speed.Magneto-type detectors use an internal hall element, a permanent magnet, DC amplifier, and voltage regulator and respond to flux, so that a rectangular wave form is derivable from much lower speed all the way though high speed. In addition, a signal indicator is provided in spite of the detector's compact design, making verification of operation and mounting position possible.Meanwhile, the AP-981 is the water and acid proof type, which conforms to Class ' of JIS C0920.

Non-Contacting Single-turn
A rotary position sensor translates angular positions to an electrical signal. Rotary position sensors are designed for applications that typically require frequent adjustment. Shaftless designs allow for a different engagement mechanisms, such as a customized shaft, a motor control, a human interface adjustment or a mechanical arm position locator. Rotary position sensors can be used in applications where a user needs to control a variable output such as a frequency, speed or volume control. Typical applications include test and measurement equipment, consumer electronics, small engines, robotics, and medical equipment. The Bourns® Model AMS22S Series uses Hall Effect magnetic technology to sense rotary position.

Linear Hall Sensor
The output of a hall effect sensor is a voltage which changes in proportion to the shaft extension. A constant voltage is required across the supply and ground wires of the sensor. The sensor consists of a Hall Effect element, and a shaft which houses a magnet. When the position of the sensor changes relative to the shaft, the change in magnetic field in the sensor results in a change in output voltage.

Helmholtz Coil
In the measurement of magnetic fields by means of Hall probes or measuring coils it is necessary to calibrate the instruments in a known magnetic field. Our standard field coil according to Helmholtzenables to production of a magnetic field calculable with high accuracy from the dimensions and the amperage. In series arrangement with an accurate ammeter field strengths of up to 800A/cm are produced. The dield room accessible both in axial and radial direction. Helmholtz coils with fluxmeters are also useful in testing of magnets. Helmholtz coils give repeatable results as against the search coils due to which the magnets can be compared with more accuracy for their total flux and in turn their quality. Field Generating and Field Detecting Helmholtz coils are designed as per user specifications.
