The GO-8105M-5GE-UV is JAI’s highest resolution UV-sensitive area scan camera. The camera features a state-of-the-art Sony Pregius S sensor with backside illumination (BSI) technology, offering spectral sensitivity well into the UVC region. Quantum efficiency at 200 nm is above 25% and is between 40-50% for nearly all of the UVA and UVB range. A 5GBASE-T GigE Vision interface provides 8.1-megapixel monochrome images at up to 66 fps. The interface automatically adjusts to 2.5GBASE-T or 1000BASE-T speeds depending on the performance capabilities of the network.

DIGISPEC Hall Effect Quadrature Sensors provide two digital output signals, 90º out of phase to each other, detecting speed (down to true zero speed) and direction of rotation of gear teeth and ferrous targets. UV Nanoimprint is a mechanical molding technique. A template made from quartz or a flexible elastomer with a 3D relief is brought into intimate contact with a UV-curable resist spin-coated on top of a substrate. Applying low imprint pressure at room temperature features are filled within seconds due to the low viscosity of the imprint resist. The resist is hardened via UV-light through the backside of the template. Finally substrate and template are separated. The replicated resist relief can further be transferred into the substrate via RIE-process or used as functional element.
