The Dione 1280 OEM series is based on an uncooled 12 μm pitch microbolometer detector with a 1280 × 1024 resolution. The NETD is less than 40 mK (available upon request) or 50 mK.The cores are optimized for low SWaP (Size, Weight and Power). The overall size of the OEM core is 35 x 35 x 23.5 mm3 and weight is 27 gr. It utilizes Xenics image enhancement for advanced image processing while keeping power consumption low.All Dione 1280 versions have the same SAMTEC ST5 connector and are GenICam compliant. The ultra-compact Dione 1280 OEM series find application in safety and security systems, as well as in industrial thermal imaging systems.

The M9024A is a PXIe System Module and is installed in the system slot of a PXIe chassis. When combined with an appropriate host adapter, it will provide a high data BW connection between the host PC and the chassis. The M9024A has a flexible configuration capability. Each card has two Gen 3 x8 PCIe cable links capable of achieving speeds up to 8 GB/s on each port. These two ports can be combined into a single x16 cable link providing a speed of up to 16 GB/s. This means a data-intensive system can be built using high-performance desktop or rack-mounted computers.

The 3U power test module is an ideal solution for evaluating heat dissipation in a rugged conduction cooled VPX cage or chassis. This card is a thermal load in the chassis to evaluate the heat dissipation. The chassis can be monitored with temp sensing probes and or FLIR imaging. Different wattages are selected by setting dip switches. The +5 and 3.3V loads are on the top of the module. The +12V and -12V loads are on the bottom side of the module.

The 60-510 is a high density 1-pole matrix module controlled via LXI. It has excellent thermal stability and substantially reduced thermal EMF figures when compared to a conventional switching matrix. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE, selecting thermocouple inputs, switching amplifier gain circuits and high accuracy DC micro-volt measurements. Ruthenium reed switches are used because of their good low level switching capability. They also have a very long life with excellent contact resistance stability, minimal wetting current and low thermal offset. The 60-510 is designed in accordance with the LXI Standard 1.4 and is supplied in a 2U high, full rack width case with 500mm depth.

Under these circumstances, we received a request from an academic research facility to manufacture a device that can measure the thermal conductivity of conductive adhesives under research and development, and we were able to obtain an opportunity to develop the device. We proceeded with the development based on these requirements .

The specimen is placed in test chamber specimen which cannot be placed in high temperature chamber or low temperature chamber. High temperature chamber pre-heats the air and low temperature air chamber pre-cools the air. When doing the test of temperature changing from high to low, the low temperature chamber will blow the pre-cooled air to the test chamber. Then, the air in test chamber will reach your target temperature in several minutes (“recover time”). When doing the test of temperature changing from low to high, the high temperature chamber will blow the pre-heated air to the test chamber.
