Expansion Card
PMC238
The PMC238 is a 6U form factor card that expands a single PMC site on a VMEbus processor board to two PMC sites and one PCMCIA/CardBus socket or to three PMC sites. Compatible with many VMEbus single board computers, it provides an extension of PCI and PCMCIA capacity within the VMEbus form factor. The PMC238 has the option for the PCMCIA/CardBus cards to be mounted outside the chassis using an 18-inch cable.

MCB Thermal Verification Test Bench
The test system is a special version of the thermal test test system in the sense that the test jig is primarily designed to hold and connect multi pole MCBs for thermal verification so that each pole can be verified to trip within the IEC time band after the MCB has been riveted. High and Low Temperature Thermal Shock Chamber

The specimen is placed in test chamber specimen which cannot be placed in high temperature chamber or low temperature chamber. High temperature chamber pre-heats the air and low temperature air chamber pre-cools the air. When doing the test of temperature changing from high to low, the low temperature chamber will blow the pre-cooled air to the test chamber. Then, the air in test chamber will reach your target temperature in several minutes (“recover time”). When doing the test of temperature changing from low to high, the high temperature chamber will blow the pre-heated air to the test chamber. Then the air in test chamber will reach your target temperature within the recover time.
