The COMM-connect 3024 RF Power Monitor from LBA Technology can control up to 8 external RF Measuring heads. The high dynamic range with external couplers and RF measuring heads cover from 1W to 1MW. The Power conversion algorithms handles multi carrier, multi mode, peak, average and RMS signals. The power readout is auto scaled and VSWR can be calculated between any probes. Also the measured and calculated results along with alarms can be shown in the local LCD. The instrument has SNMP support to allow network management. The instrument can be configured for VSWR and Power limits to give alarms. The alarms can be configured to operate relay drivers or isolated Optcouplers. The PEM010 is a highly integrated millimeter wave transmitter that covers the 60 GHz global unlicensed spectrum allocations packaged in a standard waveguide module. Transmitter architecture is a double conversion, sliding IF with wide bandwidth capability through the up-conversion chain from baseband to carrier. The I/Q interface accepts analog baseband signals which provides for flexibility in design and applications. The baseband input optionally supports FSK/MSK modulation for non-coherent applications. The transmitter incorporates a complete waveguide interface with low-loss transition between the chip and the WR15 waveguide port. The integrated package is small and lightweight, with a simple to use multi-pin ST4 connector for power, reference clock, digital control port and baseband signals. Either of two reference clocks can be used for setting 540 MHz or 500 MHz channel spacing.

The PXDAC4800 is an exceptionally high-speed four channel Digital to Analog Conversion (DAC) board which may be used as an Arbitrary Waveform Generator, a waveform playback device, or for generating multiple communication frequency bands. Each DAC can output data at a maximum real rate of 1.2 GSPS at 14-bit for two channels or at 8-bit for four channels, or 600 MSPS at 14-bit for four channels. Each output signal has a bandwidth of up to 400 MHz for AC-Coupled configuration or up to 590 MHz for DC-Coupled configuration. Output waveforms may be “per-trigger” or “continuously looped” from the on-board 1 Gigabyte memory.

Saturable Reactor Inductors

Osborne Saturable Reactors are designed to provide a variable output voltage through the use of variable impedance connected in series with a constant impedance load. Each saturable reactor’s impedance is determined by the application of DC power to a control winding. As the level of power supplied to the control winding is increased, the saturable reactor becomes more saturated. This reduces the impedance of the AC gate winding, and increase the amount of the supply voltage that is transferred to the load. Conversely, as the power is reduced to the control winding, the reactor becomes less saturated, the gate winding has more impedance and less of the input voltage is provided to the output impedance. This approach provides excellent quality, reliability, and control when designed to match the requirements of a specific application.
