The TIPIX 2200 is a transmitter purposely designed for deep Induced Polarisation or Resistivity sounding investigations. This transmitter is generally used together with V-Fullwavers or Elrec Pro receivers. This entry-level instrument has been designed for an ease of use and for a good productivity together with a strong protection against misuse. This very robust device has proven to be reliable even in very cold weather (up to -40°C) or in wet environment. It is able to inject up to 2200W in the soil and to inject up to 13A, so that it is suitable, even on conductive soils, to measure resistivity and IP at medium range depths. It is powered by standard generator.

The UPC Verification Calibration standards are a unique set of symbols that assures an exact and reliable primary bar code standard exists for UPC codes based on ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 methodology. These standards assures that manufactures of verification equipment, scanners, QC labs and end users now have an accurate basis for checking the measurement capabilities of their equipment. These standards are intended as a fundamental calibration tool for an QC program, providing a continuous scale from best to worse case characteristics of each parameter. With complete NIST traceable data supplied, it is ideally suited to those requiring traceability, such as ISO certification. Each symbol is individually calibrated to ANSI X3.182/ISO 15416 standards using a custom built microdensitometer. Standard Optical Interleaver

An innovative technique for expanding the number of channels per fiber involves an optical device, called an optical interleaver. For example, in most DWDM equipment, the standard channel spacing is 100 GHz. But spacing the signal-carrying frequencies every 50 or even 25 GHz can double or even quadruple the number of channels per fiber. This job is accomplished by an optical interleaver. Such a device takes two multiplexed signals with 100-GHz spacing and interleaves them, creating a DWDM signal with channels spaced 50 GHz apart. The process can be repeated, creating even denser composite signals with 25-GHz or 12.5-GHz spacing. The signals at the receiving end are recovered with the same devices used as splitters or optical de-interleavers. Thus, devices and/or networks can be upgraded without requiring that all devices be upgraded, or network bandwidth can be increased.

The 4000B is our standard air-driven directional gyro. As the aircraft turns left or right, gears on the sensing unit and dial shaft translate this rotation into rotation of the instrument’s vertical dial. Left turns produce clockwise dial rotation and right turns produce counter-clockwise rotation. The gyro is controlled by a heading selector knob located on the lower left of the instrument. Pressing and turning the knob first disengages the dial shaft and then resets the dial to a new heading, which results in a new course indication. Releasing the selector knob re-engages the dial shaft. The on-course position of the pointer is always at the top of the azimuth circle (0° on the dial with the aircraft headed north).
