For the pull-proof design, the cable jacket is crimped on an external body and a floating mechanism avoids any loss of performance when pulling on the cable. This feature allows for the use of the connector without a backshell. Standard connector formats include MIL-DTL-38999 type, MIL-DTL-83527 type, ARINC 600 and ARINC 781.

The Model 207 offers the user the most throughput and fastest aperture in a long focal length monochromator. This is ideal for photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopy applications. It is also available in a vacuum compatible version. Used in air and with a selection of gratings, the spectral range of the 207 extends from 185 nanometersm to 20 microns or more. Under vacuum range is extended down to 105 nm (depends on the grating.) Multiple ports are available for mounting accessories or CCD detectors, etc. McPherson SNAP IN gratings allow the alignment-free use of many different gratings. Easily view a wider spectral range or obtain higher resolution! You can retrofit years later and not have to worry about alignment with the McPherson SNAP IN approach. The Portable optical DO meter makes use of the fast-response optical DO sensor RINKO, maintaining its high-speed response performance (99% response < 7sec). The meter probe is equipped with a temperature sensor close to the sensing foil, and the measurements are made by simply inserting the probe into a DO sample bottle (the calibration is carried out using the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ) certified traceable gases standards). Differently from galvanic electrode sensors, the instrument does not require water sample stirring or fixing reagents, since there is no oxygen consumption. Thus, the required time to estimate dissolved oxygen is considerably reduced. The display unit shows the output instantaneously, and you can check the measured values in real time.
