The 1GG1-8038 is a passive diode frequency doubler. It is specified to operate with a 2050 GHz output frequency. Conversion efficiency is usually around -12 dB. The device has low 1/2 and 3/2 spurious output, typically 15 dBc or better. The doubler can be biased through onchip resistors to allow operation at low input levels. Up to 22 dBm at the input can be accommodated. Onchip DC blocking capacitors are included at the input and output.

The key feature of these waveguide attenuators is that the attenuation level is adjusted using a built-in micrometer which enables repeatable and rapid re-setting to different attenuation levels without the need for additional external components. Our waveguide attenuators handle varying attenuation levels from 0 to 30 dB over the specified band allowing the designer to tune the attenuation level needed for the application. These continuously variable waveguide attenuators cover a broad frequency range of 33 to 110 GHz in five bands and also display flat performance across a wide band with low insertion loss.

The Keysight 8474E is also very rugged with high resistance to ESD damage. The Keysight 8474E detector is available with a 2.4-mm (0.01 to 50 GHz) connector. This detector offers the options for optimal square-law loads (Option 102) and for positive polarity output (Option 103). An integrated control chip generates the high voltage necessary to electrostatically actuate the switch via a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible parallel interface. All four switches are independently controllable. The ADGM1304 is packaged in a 24-lead, 5 mm × 4 mm × 0.95 mm lead frame chip-scale package (LFCSP).
