Analog Devices µModule® (micromodule) receivers consist of high performance, high speed ADCs with fixed-gain, high speed amplifiers and antialias filters. Our integrated ADC and driver products include integrated bypass capacitance and simplify the high frequency layout required to preserve ac performance. The board space savings are significant for instrumentation applications such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes ,and communications test equipment, or for communications applications such as high sensitivity receivers, software-defined radio (SDR), or signal intelligence receivers. Our portfolio uses system-in-package (SiP) technology similar to multichip modules (MCM) to integrate components with different technologies, along with passive components to make an integrated subsystem.

System of High-Speed Synchronous Registration of Analog, Digital, and Video Signals
The system uses a high-performance NI CompactRIO controller to simultaneously register 24 analog signals, receive an accurate digital pulse from GPS and synchronize measurements.The video signal is recorded using a high-speed camera connected to an NI PCIe-1433 frame grabber. The information received from the camera and the recording device is transmitted to a server built on the basis of an industrial computer, which writes data to an external 12-disk RAID array. The stream of recorded data in the system can reach 600 MB per second.

M9203A
The Keysight M9203A is a low noise, 12-bit PXIe high-speed digitizer/ wideband digital receiver with programmable on-board processing. With a wide analog bandwidth, this high-speed digitizer is ideal for applications requiring wideband signal capture and very high dynamic range. The M9203A is a dual-slot 3U PXIe 12-bit wideband digital receiver running at 3.2 GS/s, up to 2 GHz instantaneous analog bandwidth and providing a large 4 GB DDR3 acquisition memory. The M9203A features a large XilinxFPGA that can implement different functionalities depending on the selected firmware option. Dedicated functions can also be implemented on board, allowing support of various applications. Furthermore, Keysight is supporting the deployment of custom processing algorithm on this digitizer with the U5340A FPGA development kit. Integrating algorithms minimizes the need for additional circuitry and exploit the full density and speed of the digitizer.
