Waveguide Detectors 26.5 to 110 GHz
Our waveguide detectors cover a broad frequency range of 26.5 GHz to 110 GHz and are available with waveguide sizes ranging from WR-28 to WR-10. The video output ports utilize SMA female connectors. These high performance zero-biased waveguide detectors exhibit excellent performance in Ka, Q, U, V, E and W frequency bands. These types of waveguide detectors are commonly used in various aerospace, defense and commercial wireless applications used in instrumentation, power detection, power monitoring, direct detection receivers, high frequency communications, radar, SATCOM, point-to-point radio, telecom, data links and R&D. The detector circuits use high performance GaAs Schottky Barrier Beam lead diodes with extremely low junction capacitance. These waveguide detector designs perform with minimal sensitivity variation resulting in a flat frequency response across the entire waveguide band. All of the waveguide detectors are in-stock and ready to ship.

Low Noise Amplifiers
Our range of ITAR Free, Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) cover a wide range of applications but are primarily suited to communication systems including both Data-Link and Satellite Communications (Satcom) systems. Our new K-Band LNA operates over a 19.2 - 21.2 GHz with 1.3 dB Noise Figure at 25°C. It is configured with a waveguide input and 2.92 output connector all in a hermetic package.

K-Band Silicon SATCOM Rx Quad Core IC
AWS-0102
The AWS-0102 is a highly integrated silicon quad core IC intended for satellite communications applications. The device supports four dual polarization radiating elements with full programmable polarization flexibility. The device provides 22 dB of gain with a noise figure of 3.4 dB. Additional features include gain compensation over temperature and temperature reporting. The chip features ESD protection on all pins, operates from a +1.8 V supply, and is packaged in a 56 lead 7x7 mm QFN for easy installation in planar phased array antennas.

ICE 3000 Series
ICE3006
The ICE3006 is an agile filter/amplifier cascade for the UHF frequency band with a VHF bypass. It enables simultaneous operation of multiple transceivers in the cosite environment. This filter/amplifier provides multiple poles of RF selectivity to reduce broadband noise, harmonics, and spurious signals while still providing full output power in transmit mode and excellent selectivity to interfering signals at the transceiver’s RF input in receive mode. All transmit, receive, and bypass switching is incorporated into the three-port design (LOS and SATCOM). The ICE3006 incorporates extensive Built-in-Test capability and is qualified for airborne applications. A mounting tray is available as an option for easy incorporation on your platform. Right Angle Waveguide to Coax Adapters
Fairview Microwave right angle waveguide to coax adapters include millimeter wave frequency ranges with models in the K-band (18 to 26.5 GHz) up to the V-band (50 to 65 GHz). These right angle waveguide to coax adapters offer excellent VSWR as low as 1.29:1, while also providing insertion loss performance as low as 0.3 dB. Waveguide sizes available for these new 90 degree coaxial adapter models include WR-42, WR-28, WR-22, WR-19 and WR-15. These coax to waveguide adapters in a right angle design are ideal for numerous applications requiring a transition from coaxial cable to waveguide or vice versa, including SATCOM, wireless communications, industrial, test and measurement and defense systems.
