The EXC-1553ccPMC/Px(S)-1760 is a multi-channel (up to four) MIL-STD-1760 interface board for conduction cooled PCI Mezzanine Card compatible computers. In addition, Checksum, SRQ bit and Header Words are supported on each channel. Multi Function:Each channel operates simultaneously as a Bus controller and/or multiple (up to 32) Remote Terminals, or as a Triggerable Bus Monitor. In addition, error injection (BC and RT modes), error detection (all modes) and cableless internal loopback are supported on each channel. Single Function:Each channel operates either as a Bus Controller, Remote Terminal, or Bus Monitor.Each dual redundant 1760 channel can operate simultaneously as a Bus Controller and up to 32 Remote Terminals and as a Triggerable Monitor. In addition, error injection (BC and RT modes), error detection (all modes) and cableless internal loopback are supported on each channel. The EXC-1553ccPMC/Px(S)-1760 is supplied with C drivers, including source code, and Merlin+ Windows software.

The DB-24R consists of 24 form C, electromechanical relays for efficient switching of load by programmed control. The contact of each relay can control a 0.5 A /110 V load or 1A / 24VDC. The relay is energized by applying a 5 voltage signal to the appropriate relay channel on the 50-pin Opto-22 compatible connector or D-Sub 37 connector . Twenty-four enunciator LEDs, one for each relay, light when their associated relay is activated . This board needs a +12VDC or +24VDC external power supply to avoid overloading your PC’s power supply.

Thus, PCIe-7248/7296 can utilize the Opto-22 external devices. The PCIe-7248/7296 devices emulate mode 0 of the industry standard 8255 programmable peripheral interface (PPI) chips. The PCIe-7248/7296 provides 4/2 PPI chips respectively. Each PPI offers three 8-bit ports: Port A, Port B and Port C. The Port C is divided into 2 nibble-wide (4-bit) ports. The PCIe-7248/7296 devices have programmable timer/counters. One 16-bit counter is available for event counting, while the other 32-bit timer is available for timed interrupt generation. The PCIe-7248/7296 devices provide multiple programmable interrupt sources from DIO channels, as well as the output of the timer.
