The W3301A LPDDR3 rigid BGA interposer for LPDDR3 178-ball DRAM enables capture of simultaneous read and write traffic at data rates in excess of 1866 Mb/s. E5406A Soft Touch probes and U4201A cables connect the W3301A LPDDR3 BGA interposer into the U4164A logic analyzer module. The W3301A LPDDR3 178-ball rigid BGA interposer allows signal access to the LPDDR3 signals critical to your debug and validation effort through a U4164A logic analyzer. The probe works in existing designs and eliminates the need for up-front planning or redesign. The probe connects directly to the balls of the DRAM using a LPDDR3 178-ball riser (included) or an optional 3rd party socket (not provided), enabling operation and acquisition of LPDDR3 signals.

The PCI102 allows testing of AMC.1, AMC.2 and AMC.3 modules in a PC environment during development and manufacturing; reducing the costs associated with maintaining different platforms. The PCI101 is a PCI-X edge style carrier with PCIe x4 lanes going to the AMC module. The AMC.1 module connects to the host PC’s PCI-X bus via a PCI-X to PCI ebridge. The AMC.2 module’s GbE ports are routed to RJ-45s. The AMC.3 differential pairs are routed to two SATA connectors. ThePCI102 is available with an optional VT001 IPMI controller which can test the AMC IPMI management functionality. The dual I2C bus connectors allow for connecting any I2C bus to any other I2C bus as well as being able to debug and monitor the I2C bus traffic. Provides two current sense resistors to measure the payload power as well as the management power of the AMC. The PCI102 can be powered on the bench without the host PC.

P&E’s USB Multilink ACP is a debug probe which allows a PC/laptop access to JTAG/SWD on ARM Cortex devices from several manufacturers (see complete list below). It connects between a USB port on a Windows machine and the standard debug connector on the target. The product photos to the left of this page show how the headers can be accessed by simply flipping open the plastic case. Ribbon cables suitable for a variety of architectures are included. By using the USB Multilink ACP, the user can take advantage of the debug mode to halt normal processor execution and use a PC to control the processor. The user can then directly control the target’s execution, read/write registers and memory values, debug code on the processor, and program internal or external FLASH memory devices.
