Analog Devices current mirrors are precision, high dynamic range, wide variable supply parts used for optical power monitoring, voltage biasing with current monitoring, and voltage-to-current conversion. Our current mirrors can monitor current down to as little as 3 nA and as much as 3 mA, with a linearity of 1% or better.
