The devices can be operated in “ATUR+PC” simulation without any external ADSL2+/VDSL2 modem or computer as they can be easily operated by digital multi-meter. These devices evaluate line quality, carry out PPPoE dial-up, suggest web page browsing to determine the connection to the ISP, and emulates a PC+ modem.
