All our miniature beam load cells, load buttons, load washers, rod end load cells, S-type load cells, and platform scale load cells can all be ordered in range of different sizes. Capacities are available as low as 0.11 lbf (0.5 N) and as high as 1,124K lbf (5,000kN). A variety of our miniature load cells are designed for off-the-shelf and OEM applications. Individually temperature-compensated and calibrated, they support automatic recognition and electronic calibration, and are built to international force-measurement standards (ASTM E4, ISO 7500-1 class 0.5, and JIS B7721, B7733). The load cells incorporate overload protection and can withstand loads up to 150% of their force capacity without damage and 300% without mechanical failure. The load cells allow the user to zero out the tare weight of a grip or fixture that weighs up to 40% of the force capacity, while still maintaining the full specified accuracy.

They are designed to provide the most accuracy in as little space as possible. The smaller ConvexBT or LBMU can fulfill the need for force measurements at a very respectable precision level that is enough for most applications. Diameters range from ⅜ of an inch to just over 3 inches, with heights from ⅛ of an inch to 2 inches. The shaped load button has a spherical radius to help confine misaligned loads to the primary axis of the cell.

The number of the current hopper and the correct positioning, along with the indication of power and status, are displayed on the indicators. Four load cells are mounted on the cart. The system records the amount of material shipped from each hopper, and the total weight of the material in the trolley is also displayed. All information is stored in the controller memory for a specified time. After the necessary time intervals, the operator can rewrite the information on the USB drive for further processing.
