The 40/42-860A-222 is a PXI/PXIe dual insert/bypass switch with SC/PC connectors and is part of Pickering's range of PXI Fiber Optic MEMS Switching modules. They are available in many high density formats with a choice of different connector styles to suit most applications: FC/APC (for optimal performance), FC/PC and SC/PC for general applications and LC and MU for high density applications. They are also available with an optional hardware interlock which, when activated, will return all optical switches to their default unpowered state.

PXI Single 32x8 Matrix, 2 Pole Switching

Model 40-531 very high density matrix modules are configured as a 32x8, while the 40-532 modules are configured as a Dual 16x8. Both modules are available in a choice of reed relay formats: 1-pole, 2-pole and 1-Pole screened. The screened version is suitable for switching coaxial signals up to 50MHz. Typical applications include signal routing in Functional ATE and data acquisition systems. These PXI matrix modules are constructed using high reliability Sputtered Ruthenium Reed Relays, offering 109 operations to give maximum switching confidence with long life and stable contact resistance. Larger matrices may be constructed by Daisy Chaining the common signals from multiple PXI modules. For example, seven PXI modules will form a 224x8 Matrix, a total of 1792 crosspoints in a 7-slot PXI Chassis.

Ethernet/AFDX/BroadR-Reach PCI Fault Insertion Switch - 8 Channel

This high bandwidth differential PCI fault insertion card is designed to simulate common faults on high speed two wire communication interfaces such as Ethernet. This card supports 4 or 8-channels of two wire serial connections and can be used for simulating faults on Ethernet, AFDX, BroadR-Reach, 100BaseT and 1000BaseT interfaces. Any wire can be set to an open circuit, shorts can be applied across the wire pair, or to the adjacent pair. Fault connections can be made to one of four external signals via two fault buses, typically simulating connections to a supply voltage or ground.

Switch Probes
A Switch Probe is a spring contact probe and receptacle combination that is normally open, and after a designated travel the switch probe closes. The most common use for switch probes is in the cable harness testing industry. The switch probe is used to verify the correct location of a terminal in a connector while checking the retention force as well. PXI Switch - 16-CH General-Purpose SPDT Relay Module
PXI-7901
ADLINK PXI-7901 is a general-purpose (GP) switch module implementing 16-CH independent single-pole double-throw (SPDT) relays (1 Form C). PXI-7901 can connect one input to one output and be used as signal switching and routing for measurement system or ATE. Thanks to its high switching capacity, PXI-7901 can also be used to turn on or turn off devices such as motors, fans, heaters, and lights. The contact position of the relays can be changed either by direct software commands or by following the instructions previously stored in the on-board scan list. The scan list advances upon the trigger from external measurement devices, such as a DMM. The scan list could also advance when the scan-delay timer expires. In the PXI-7901, PXI trigger functions are supported and software programmable. Multiple modules can therefore be synchronized without additional field wiring.
