Integrated Couplers/ Harmonic Mixers
These waveguide bandwidth integrated coupler/mixers are designed to allow phase locking or signal monitoring of compact millimeter wave systems. RF inputs and outputs are on opposite sides of a thin wafer to obtain minimum insertion length. These devices use silicon Schottky barrier beam-lead diodes on a rugged stripline circuit. Nominal coupling value is 10 dB. For coupling values greater than 10 dB, non-directional coupler models are available (consult factory).

Directional Couplers From 0.01 To 2000 MHz
Pulsar Microwave's low frequency directional couplers operate within the frequency range of 10 kHz to 2 GHz. They're available in either surface mount or connectorized designs. SMA female connectors are standard, but BNC, TNC, F, N, jack or plug are available upon request.Most of these directional couplers have a flatness of +/- 0.25 dB and directivity of 20 dB or better within the operating band. These directional couplers come in standard values of 30, 35, 40 and 50 dB with coupling tolerance of +/- 1 dB.The high power directional couplers have low insertion loss. Coupling flatness is maintained at +/- 1 dB or less among models. Most units hold a mainline VSWR of 1.2:1 or better throughout the operating frequency range.
